BIOGRAPHY

Frank Despinois holds a PhD from London University. He joined TotalEnergies in 2010 and has since been involved in Oil & Gas Exploration in various geological provinces worldwide, including Asia, the Middle East, America, Europe, and Africa. He is now leading the metal recovery R&D team in the Scientific Center of TotalEnergies located in Pau, France. His main professional interest is the impact of DLE on unconventional resources, especially in salt-related sedimentary basins.
